One-on-One Leadership Coaching
Beyond Any Limits will provide one-on-one leadership coaching to help you develop your leadership skills. We will first identify your strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. We will then develop an improvement plan and guide you through each of the stages to implement the plan. The outcome will be enhanced self-awareness, improved leadership skills, and ultimately better organizational results.
Group Coaching for Organizational Leaders
Beyond Any Limits provides group coaching for organizational leadership teams. We will customize the package and options based on the needs of your team and align with your organizational goals and vision
Team Development
We will provide support for the following stages of a project team’s development: forming, storming, norming, performing, and adjourning. Our coaching will include training and mentoring to effectively help project teams transition from one stage to the next.
We can also provide coaching for troubled teams. First, we will do an assessment, which will include root cause analysis and based on the results, provide an improvement plan for the team. We can also guide the resolution plan and track the team’s performance to ensure resolution is achieved.
We will support employee team building workshops to support project initiatives. Our services will include activities to enhance collaboration, problem solving (for existing teams), and improve team communication.
